Newborn Moments lets you upload a photo and generate AI-created studio-style portrait variations using selected themes or your own custom prompt. Results are AI-generated approximations and may not always be usable — we do our best, but generation can occasionally fail or produce unexpected results.
Each generation costs credits. Credits are granted through a subscription (recurring, auto-renewing unless cancelled) or one-time coin purchases. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, managed via your device's App Store subscription settings. If a generation fails due to a technical error on our end, the credit spent is automatically refunded to your account.
You agree to only upload photos you have the right to use, and only of children whose parent or legal guardian has consented. You agree not to use the app to generate content that is unsafe, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate involving a minor. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this.
You retain rights to the photos you upload. Portraits generated for you are yours to save and share for personal use.
The app and its AI-generated output are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We're not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms as the app evolves; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
